I ordered a smartwatch from an outfit called Alpha Strong. Shortly afterward I received a statement with a tracking number stating the item shipped. When I clicked on the tracking number, it came up as pre-transit. That was over a month ago and it still says it is sitting in pre-transit. Attempts to contact them have been met with excuses and in some cases no answer at all. 1 payment out of 3 scheduled payments has been processed. After complaining I received a partial payment return. Another payment is scheduled for Mar. 13 and attempts to contact them lately have resulted in silence at their end. I fell I have been defrauded and am requesting you to investigate this matter.

On Nov 16th, I ordered 3 tactical watches. I was promised same day shipping. In early I emailed to ask where my product is! They said it would be delivered the week of Monday, Dec 7th. I have contacted them 5 times now, and the last promise I received was that my order was canceled and I would receive my money back in 10 days. I can't call the phone number, it is only available for 4 hours a day and it is always full. In December they told me the package had been sent but when I contacted the USPS, they never received the package. The shipping label has been active since the day I purchased these gifts. When I told them that I had contacted the post office is when they said they would refund my money. They are lying and thieves. They are still advertising same day shipping. This is a total scam and loss.
