Was attempting to buy a shih tzu puppy online from a breeder that said they were in Maine. Initial contact was email with the picture of the puppy I saw on the website. I was then sent a text regarding the email. The breeder whose name I’m told is Ryan said that he would allow me to place a deposit for the puppy and make payments. Once all payments were complete, the puppy would be shipped to me(shipping included in payments). Ryan became hostile when I asked for more pictures of the puppy not on the website. He also stated he is not affiliated with the AKC but in the info email is said the puppy would come with AKC papers. Scammed me out of hundreds of dollars and produced no puppy. I also did a reverse image search and the same picture he sent me was found on another website.

He is still up to his fraud game. Telling me to hurry up n make a decision on a pup, because there are ppl wanting to buy.
