I had placed an order that was over $25 with Alpha Piercing. After a week of the tracking number not working/ being recognized I emailed to inform them. No response. Then after 2 and ahlf weeks I emailed them about the issues and a possible refund. They took days to respond and said I'll get it that week. In four days of posting this , it will be 2 months since that first email. Mind you this business is in the US. They will not answer me or give me a refund and now everything about them just seems off and they took my money and never attempted to send me the items that I had ordered.
