We called this Company to set up carpet cleaning on two (2) different occasions! Despite being given a timeline on when to expect them, AND taking off of work both times, they never arrived. My card has been charged and they won’t answer to refund my money. I’ve called American Express and they are going to cancel the purchase. They claim to be a “Christian organization” but it seems that’s part of their scam, to build trust with their victims! Yelp has them rated as 1.5! The complaints are all the same! I’m 62 and don’t know about yelp so I didn’t know to check there. I’ll know better next time!
