I was contacted in the morning of 11/27/2020 by a man speaking with an Indian accent using Telephone number: 805-863-5548. He told me that he was with my IT network's office and was calling to notify me that he had reason to believe that my computer had been hacked by multiple foreign agencies. In order to verify that he was genuine he gave me my computer's license ID and then proceeded to walked me through a process of installing some software - supremo4 which gave him access to my computer after he got from me my computer's ID and password. He was able to see my screen and move my computer's cursor from his computer. He then transferred me to a colleague of his who also had an Indian accent and gave me the name Steve Wilson when I asked him. This Steve Wilson had another telephone number - 414- 867-7532.

Steve Wilson proceeded to look through my computer and said he was safeguarding my computer - at one point he suggested there and then that I might want to log in to my online banking portal to verify that "everything was alright" and he also wanted me to give him my name and address. I was starting to get suspicious at this late stage by all these strange requests - he should already have my name and address if he was from my IT network as his earlier colleague had stated. After I started to ask him more questions he said that he was with a company - Alpha Infosystems llc and started to offer me package deals for various levels of protection and suggested that I take the lifetime protection deal for a little under $600.

I terminated the conversation at this late stage as I realized that I had foolishly allowed myself to fall victim to a scam and had compromised my personal information on my laptop. Supremo4, the software they installed, is still active on my computer and I can't delete it for some reason, and I am concerned that they may still have a way in to compromise my computer further and misuse my computer.
