Charging to credit card didn’t order

I paid shipping of $4.99 for my bottle of vital keto advanced formula and I think I received the bottle in the mail I had used it for 3 days when I was billed $166.88 they say you have 14 days to cancel your order well how am I suppose to know if I like it in 3 days. Also why am I billed in USD when it’s comes from Ontario ? SCAM ??

The product that is offered is a diet pill. They ask you only for postage and handling. They say you have 14 days trial of product. Once the product arrives, they start taking out money from your credit card. I didn't even have the chance to try the product and they billed me for hundreds of dollars. I disputed with them, but never received any of the money back. So, I paid hundreds of dollars for no products after the initial order.

Alpha Evolution Vital Keto weight loss pills I see has already been reported to you previously. It is the same story - a FREE TRIAL pay postage only, you received a 60 day supply assuming the FREE TRIAL would be for 30 days, but within 2 weeks my Visa was charged $128. US ($173. CDN). Requested a refund of this money as the website did not state any price of the product should you wish to re-order. I was told to fill out a refund request form which I did and submitted same, only to find a couple of weeks later that they had rejected my refund claim. So i have sent another request which has been to no avail. I still see their ads coming up and the public should be warned.

This website offers a free trial of keto diet pills and states that you just have to pay the shipping costs. In the end they actually sent three bottles and charged my credit card about 60$. Then 13 days later I was charged 180$. I looked into it further and found under "Terms and Conditions", at the very bottom of the website, that it says if you do not cancel before 14 days you will be charged full price and will then automatically receive a 30 day supply and be charged 128.25 US$ each month until you cancel. There was no mention of this monthly plan at the time of purchase. I did call and demand my money back and was told I would receive a refund and that any further shipments would be cancelled. I am not confident that I will get a refund, and I am now unsure if the product is even safe to consume as the company does not seem legitimate. The pills claim to be made and distributed in Canada but the billing is in US dollars.
