This is a scam!

Ordered over 40 days ago , not a single update, email, tracking number or and estimated date. I've emailed several times. Messaged customer support on the website- nothing. This is a Scam !

Alpha Armor USA is a Scam!

Ordered two pairs of pants and never got them. They only replied once saying there was a back order issue. I followed up again and now they don’t reply and now their ads don’t come up anymore!

I ordered $150. Then left clothing in the on-line basket to continue shopping. I was sent a reminder or items in my basket. I placed the or 24 hours later without issue. I was not sent tracking or updated information on my purchase so I went on-line to log into my "account". received a message saying that I did not have am account...strange. So I tried to call...no number...then emailed and waited 4 days for a response which to date never came so I canceled the order through my Credit card company...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "MERCHANT" ... SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Never get my stuff

I've made a purchase of 28$ and they send me a notification of confirmation with no delivery date, I wait about 10 days and they answer me telling they feel sorry and they would ship in a week. One week later still no answer, so I write another email (the only way of "communication" with them) then they said again that in a week it would be ship... One month later I still don't have my purchase or my stuff and there isn't even answer of emails anymore

Placed an order for clothing via an ad on Instagram. On 2/13/20 I purchased $66.85 worth of workout gear. Confirmation email claimed 3-5 business days. I followed up with an email on 2/21/20 as I had not received a shipment notification. Received a response same day. I have not received product or a refund. I’ve contacted several times now the website doesn’t exist and can not be searched for. Today, I saw another ad on Instagram with the same model shots wearing the same clothes I purchased but under a different company. I have several emails with my follow ups.
