Contacted through Facebook messenger and then by text. Alondi Ryandi was name of person. Asked for payment by Zelle for a deposit on pet dog. Said delivery was free. On day of scheduled delivery, said that we would have to send $350 for transportation. When I objected, he said that a special electronic crate was required and a rental fee was owed. I explained that delivery was free and any electronic crate could be used for other purposes and that was not my responsibility. He said that his lawyer had to draw up the transfer papers. The transfer papers he sent was a certificate that was from a "high court" and "attorney generals" which highly suggested this was a scam. I offered to pick up the dog to which he complained about that messing up his schedule, which was also weird as that would save him from hours in the car. He had previously offered to return the deposit but when I asked for return, he will now not respond to texts or messages.
