I received a msg from my mom to contact this company about a civil law suit. When I called the provided phone number someone told me that I had an open case to settle for a hospital bill owed in 2016. I have never received any hospitalization bill nor do I have any open collections. They had all of my information. My social security information, birth date, work info, cc informations. I was stunned at all the information they had! I told them that I would rather find out more information regarding this law suite. The guy (Robert) said that If I’m not going to settle any payments that I could wait for my court hearing and tell the judge that I had an emotional discovery and good luck with my case and hung up.

Naturally I contacted my friend that is a process server and I gave her the case number and she said there was nothing. So she proceded to contact the ph number and the guy automatically said she wasn’t me and that he couldn’t give her any information and hung up on her. So of course I proceded to call myself and they just put me on hold and when I kept calling till the company answered they the guy (that answered me) said “ple[censored]d madam” without me even saying a word and them automatically knowing I’m a woman.
