I have been waiting for a massage gun for 6 months recieved same excuses as everyone else with the 20 or so emails I sent. So disappointing to be ripped off. Keep away.

I have ordered a pair of sunglasses paying Singapore Dollars 50 plus since last May 2020. Till now, through countless of emails (lost count), kept asking me to wait, and still checking with logistics company. This is a scam, and please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. It is already coming A YEAR!

I bought an oversized hoodie which was meant to be uk size 16. It did arrive eventually, but was so small it wouldn’t even fit my 9 year old. Also extremely poor quality. I emailed asking for a return address, to be told I cannot have a refund as this is the correct item I ordered. Many emails back and forth , still just repeating the same thing. They simply will not accept a return. Does anyone have an address for this horrendous company please?

I have been waiting over 7 months for a projector and projector screen
Apparently its been re shipped 7 times now
never have I been given a shipping or tracking Number
this company is a fraud
I have rapidly asked for a refund and I continue to get the same generic response
asked for a phone call and to speak with a manager
completely ignored and asked to wait a few more days.
I think 7 months is a joke

Ordered the 229pc Christmas special they're telling me THIS is that order. No way is this the entire order. This whole company is a joke. Included is a picture of WHAT I got in my order and what their response was as well as my invoice from PayPal for almost $50. Dispute has already been open with PayPal. Then they block you when you email them to try and correct it on their own. Added a picture of what I was SUPPOSED to get as well as the email informing me they blocked me

I ordered the 147 mold set and the little flowers. I received two of the mold set you received and the little flowers. I've been in touch with them and they have been emailing me back but the return email address keeps changing.

Ordered a couple of masks thinking they would be funny. First part... the site made it seem they were made in the usa... then the shipping details were from china...a month passes and no delivery. I had to find them on paypal because I never even got a confirmation number.. contacted and they said it will be there and sent tracking. Finally after another month received 2 masks. They do not even function as real masks. Do not cover face fully and the novelty of being bird masks where the mouth opens doesn't even work. It's just a flat triangle that hanges under your nose. Contacted, wanted refund. They wanted me to send pictures as proof they didn't work. I sent the picture I will post here.. they told me they didmt see anything wrong with it... I will be reporting them to paypal to get my money back as they are refusing.

I ordered a raincoat in summer 2020. I chased it up having received a message to say it had been delivered in September 2020. It hadn't and, to date, it hasn't. I get replies asking me to please be patient but I am wondering if any further action can be taken against a company based abroad?

They sent me 12 piece mold set when I ordered the 229pc set and is trying to tell me I'm screwed. No that's why I use PayPal. They ain't keeping my money they can have their GARBAGE back cause no way was what I got worth the almost $50. Picture included of the "229 piece set" I ordered.

We ordered lined yoga pants as advertised on Facebook from this company. It took two months to receive and when we received them they were not sized correctly. They did not fit my wife who always wears the same size. When asked to return they made us take pictures of my wife trying them on to prove they did not fit. Once received they would not give a refund. After much back and forth they offered $3 back for a $129 order. I am beyond angry that they wanted pictures and then absolutely refused anyway. They take no responsibility for making products not up to standard sizing.

I ordered what was pictured as a Nativity lawn ornament. It was pictured with a lady standing behind it... she would have had to be miles away as the item I received was maybe a foot tall? After trying to contact them to return for a refund - all I get is, it IS what you ordered! I told them they misled me and they just continue to say it is what you ordered! I'm going to see what my credit card company has to say... very extremely upset

Ordered two heated gilets in November as a Christmas presents which arrived in January not only faulty but completely wrong sizing. I figured the XXL I ordered was in actual fact deigned for a smaller Asian frame and requested a refund. Twelve emails later they still refuse to refund. Does anyone have the company registration or name of CEO?

Been. Waiting over 4 months for my goods was suppose to be for Xmas. How people can do this to people I hope they honestly have what’s coming to them !

Order in transit, waiting on logistics to get back , don’t have tracking updates theses days !

Back in the middle of November, I ordered some mini memory chairs. The ones with a pillow and the saying about a loved one in heaven at Christmas time. When I ordered, I had no idea that they were coming from CHINA! They were by Specialmemory at that time. I received them after the first of the year. I only received the chairs, no pillow or saying. They insist that I got what I ordered! I told them that was false advertising and I would be sure to let everyone know not to order from them. I would not have ordered them if they didn’t come with the pillow and saying. I have been going round and round with them and they refuse to allow me to return them.

this company is now trading as Infinite Gems, they are the same company Allway Freshdesk but calling themselves Infinite Gems - please stay away from them. They are scammers

I ordered a product - athletic wear - it never came, they said it shipped and I checked where delivery was and it looks like they sent it listed to a random address in the US. They say they reshipped and I’ve waited 8 months - they keep saying the same thing, it seems robotic response - wait more time - shipping is slow - customs held it up - I repeatedly for my money back and they ignore the request - ‘wait more time’

I have had the same response from them every time I email them. I have been waiting over 6 months and even called them out on being a scammer and they still say to wait a few short days to receive my item. I am in the same boat as everyone else and will never receive my item or money back. From now on, if I can’t pay with PayPal on a website, I will not be ordering. At least I can get my money back that way

I ordered a table top ping pong set in April 2020 and have still not received it. I have emailed them over 20 times. I get the same following responses from them over and over again.

Ordered a rearview/frontview mirror cam from them 3 months ago. Save your money they are not a legitimate business or even try to be one. Contacted them several times via email inquiring about the delivery, all I get in response is contacting logistics company
