After you complete a survey, sometimes you get "free" gifts. One of them was an eye cream, just pay shipping $4. So I did. Got it. Didn't think I had to do any other actions. Then my credit card showed a charge of $92 from a month ago. I called to have it reversed, and they claimed they could not because I signed up for a free trial with automatic payments, and, in fact, they are now charging me for this month. That charge he can stop, but not last month's charge. NOTE: I did not receive ANY products in the month after they charged me $92, and they were ready to charge me again.

When he denied my refund, I told him I would just call my credit card company and they will charge them back the full amount. He then offered me 30% off the charge, which I refused. After he made me wait with "just hold on a second, I'm looking for a loophole in the rules" a FEW times, he offered me 50% off, and finally a full refund.

These people are obviously trained to offer discounts before giving the refund that is owed. It is a scam in that if you don't push, you don't get a refund. Afterward I asked if they had sent my first shipment yet since it's been a month since the charge and time for another one. Nope, they'd only sent the free sample, and nothing else. When I pressed him on "how can they charge me again, when they haven't sent any product?", he hung up on me.
