I ordered a free trial sample of Allumiere via Facebook, received the product and used the product for approximately 1 week and did not like it. Thought, oh well free trial sample, all is well. Then about a week later I noticed 2 charges on my debit card both for $98. Ends up Allumiere charged my account for both products totaling $198. There was no paperwork shipped with the products but there was a number for customer support on the product container. Contacted customer support and got the run around with discounted offers until I threatened to contact my Attorney, then I was transferred to someone who agreed to give me a refund. I was told the refund would take 6 - 8 weeks. I also found out they had signed me up for monthly shipments and had that cancelled. I patiently waited, no refund. After multiple emails to customer support which included a request for the shipment tracking information they finally agreed to send a money order refund minus the $40 restocking fee. Really $40? I researched many of the Allumiere websites terms and conditions and found the highest restocking fee listed was $8.95 per item. I am still disputing the restocking fee but at least they have stated that I will get most of my money back. I honestly believe that if I had not reached out to Allumiere concerning my refund they would not have provided the refund. If I did not have the shipping tracking number I believe that they would have claimed to not have received the return package. In my option this group is nothing but a bunch of crooks offering free samples and then taking advantage of the consumer. I hope this information will be helpful to other consumers to avoid this SCAM and the thieving actions of a disreputable business.

I did a survey stating I would receive a free gift. I just had to pay shipping of $4.99. I received email that it was being shipped. I called the 1-866 number to ask if this was an auto ship product and what the cost of it was because I did not see it on the form. She then told me that it was $103.00 for 1 oz. I wanted to cancel the order and auto ship. She then told me that I had to request a Return Merchandise Number, mail it back and make sure that the number was on the outside of package and and keep track of tracking and call back when it was delivered. I then received my box from Allumiere and it was not taped closed, no shipping info, no invoice inside box, and there were 2 products in the box. A 1 oz cream and a serum. I took the box to post office and did as I was told. I wrote a note in put in box and sealed box and returned. I watched the tracking and called to inform that it was delivered. They told me that they would refund the $103. on my credit card minus $20. for restocking but would not refund the $109.00 for the serum since I did not have a return merchandise number. I asked to speak to a supervisor and explained that I did not know that there was 2 items in the box, that the woman I spoke to did not give that information when I spoke to her when she gave the number and I didn't know that there were 2 items in the same box. I had returned the 2 items in the same box it came in. The supervisor said the information was all on the website, I explained I did not order on the website, it was a link from a survey and he said I would only get 50 % back. Don't fall for this SCAM, nothing is for FREE!! My loss is probably so far, other than pride, $64.00.

THEY YOU A CREAM FOR $5 THEN CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT $98.44 TWO TIME AND SAY IF YOU DID NOT CONTACT THEM WITHIN 14 DAYS YOU JOIN THEIR CLUB. WHEN I SAW THE CHARGE I CALLED AND COULD ONLY GET HALF MY MONEY BACK.
