I purchased two hair creams online from a business called allthingshair who have now changed the business name to allthingsher. My purchase was made in July and I have yet to receive anything. I have repeatedly called, emailed, Instagram messages and texted this company in order to receive my product or a full refund. When I texted the first time I was told I'd receive my order in two weeks and I received nothing. No email alert, nothing. So I left a comment on the personal Instagram page of the owner @allthingskris and left a comment explaining the situation once again and my frustrations. Just to discover today that she blocked me. After some research I discovered that she had done the exact same to others and someone advise me to file a complaint against her company via BBB. I also texted her again this evening and she replied back promising to send out my product to me within the next week. But I do not believe her. And I fear she will continue to do this to others.
