The owner Keshia has not provided me with any of the stickers i purchased in May. According to her shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days. I have tried communicating with her via email, IM and phone. She constantly lie saying the order will be sent and that the post office w[censored]ding it and she wasn't sure why but the tracking number provided says label printed waiting for item from shipper she keeps lying that she was sending. I asked for a refund still nothing. She just kept saying she would send them send me an email or chat saying go head and fill your sticker cart up and check out. No ma'am you haven't given me my products i paid for since may why would i buy anything else. After i told her I'm not stupid refund me or o as reporting her She then told me she dropped off my order 9/12. It's postmarked days later and was received today in which i video taped me getting it out of the mailbox and opening the actual envelope seal only to have 1 small random sticker pack that i never ordered. I received nonsense and not ANY portion of what i paid for. She had been doing this to about 12 other people that i know of so far that have been waiting for months and she refuses to refund, or keep pushing out your refund request. She knows exactly what she did sending me that envelope. It was for the purpose of being able to say here's the tracking look it was delivered when in fact she delivered an envelope not the items you ordered and since she had been doing this to others or simply not sending anything to them at all i made SURE to record picking up the envelope in my mailbox and opening it to show the lack of all ordered contents. Once i threatened to report her and her business she sent the envelope just for proof of teaching delivery.
