February 2021. I ordered rhubarb seeds. Haven’t received the product. I have contacted the company thru emails they provide asking if I could speak to someone. But have received no response. I am preparing to file a fraud complaint with the state consumer fraud division.

I purchased some organic rhubarb seeds from their website and have not received any replies to their e-mail to my request for a refund and have not received any seeds. Their e-mail address seems to be an automatic reply when you request any information, you will get a reply that your order has been processed, or if you use a different e-mail...you do not get a response. Their contact information is hidden on their website, you have to order a product, and under their checkout screen you will find a privacy link that indicates their address and privacy policy. Their address is also the same address as Downright Natural which also sells similar products and according to their Facebook site also has similar complaints. Downright Natural appears to belong to a Kirby Foster phone: 856-431-4769 or e-mail [email protected]. According to [email protected] neither company is registered with the NJ State Department of Revenue. Since this company processes credit card transactions, it appears to be a credit card scam of some type.
