They called and acted as if they were the ones who handled our credit card paper supplies, and then told us that there had been nationwide complaints about paper not holding an image well but that it had been corrected and they would provide us with new rolls. A letter "was supposed to have gone out last week" and "for that they apologize". They then confirmed the mailing address for our business. They then said there would be a price increase due to the updated paper, and would we like to place and order now? They were told no. We then called our company and confirmed they were not dealing with ABS. We called the number for ABS back and stated unequivocally we did not want any product from them ever. Our front desk has been instructed to refuse delivery of any packages from them if they arrive.
