I was contacted by Allocation Adjustment Services Legal Department (Justin Duvall) claiming that I owed $1900.00 with additional fees to be added from a PayDay Cash Advance from 2013 that was defaulted on. I was suspicious because I've never had this type of loan. I was threatened that a Non Payment Judgment would be entered against me in my County Court and my pay would be garnished. I would also be placed on a National Check registry where my Credit cards, Debit cards and Bank account would be frozen until this payment was made. I was given the option to make one lump sum payment of $957.00 or two payments of $651.00 because they were only in the business of making sure a Judgment isn't entered and my credit isn't compromised by them sending it to the Credit Bureaus. I was really ready to give in and pay...but something told me to tell them I would give them a call back to get the information needed to handle this situation. I researched online and found it to be a scam. I didn't pay them anything, in fact I called them back to let them know I knew they were a scam and I am reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and the FTC. They started yelling at me and told me they will resume with the Judgment...I told them to send it to my Attorney in which they hung up the phone before getting his information. I have since blocked the number they called from which is (205) 564-5990. The location of this number comes up as Alabaster, AL

I recieved a call about a payday loan after inquire ok ng about this loan and the company that said I had a debt with them they could not provide the information. I talked to Amber in which she got upset and started that if I didnt want to do a settlement there was nothing that she cos help me with and that the company will

Get its money regardless then she disconnected the call. I called back to try and get more information only to be told that I needed to have my lawyer call. After doing some research I realized that this company was a scam and had scam numerous people out of money because they are unaware. I really believe that these people should be placed in jail for the things that they are doing.

Allocation Adjustment Services contacted me months ago saying that I owed almost $1300 dollars for 2 payday loans that I don't recall taking out with a company that I have never heard of. I was scared into paying them over $400 dollars. I cancelled my card AFTER they went into my account twice in the same month. They just called me back and were very rude to me not allowing me to talk and threatening me with garnishing my wages. After I cancelled my card I started doing more research into their company and I can't find anything on the internet, phone book, or the ScamPulse.com except that this is a SCAM. PLEASE do NOT give them any money!

The address they gave me was a PO Box number in Phoenix, AZ but they are calling me from Massachusetts numbers.

Call stating you owe for a payday loan (which you never had) threaten you with court saying you have committed bank fraud. Will try and scare you with paying a settlement. Do not. It scared $300 out of me till I did my research and now know I was taken.
