Now I am no longer receiving any communication from them.

The following 2 emails are examples of the multiple emails I have received from October 2022 through September 2024 when they sent me the Tax info email. Still have never seen a penny.

Feb 2024
A payment has been issued to your account last four numbers 7849, in the amount of US $90,000.00. It shall be reflected in a period of 24 to 72 banking hours. The IMAD number for this transaction is 20240208 970329.

Sept 2024:
The Mexican tax authorities have notified us that they require a 35% tax payment on the proceeds obtained in Mexico due to a duplicate disbursement of profits on a single transaction.
Our financial advisors have informed us that they can waive this tax requirement under the USMCA agreement, and the process should take at most 30 calendar days.
It's important to note that a third party, not affiliated with our organization, is responsible for the duplicate disbursement that led to this situation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Rest assured, we are actively addressing this tax issue and are working diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed of any updates or notifications from the tax office.

Same as above, Allianz promised to liquidate our timeshare but has failed to do so. They also promised to pay us for weeks that we sold back or did not use at Vallarta Gardens, but have not done so. What can we do to at least get our money back? Can we all join together to do something legally?

DOES NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS

In reading the contract, Allianz Marketing owes the member $4,550 per week the timeshare was not used. Our unused weeks for 2023 were seven, about $31,000. And we have received one excuse after another to stall for time and then no communication. No one answers the phone, once your phone ID is learned. No one returns phone messages. This scammer holds your money and makes different rules after the contracts are signed. Where my husband and I really messed up (can't believe it still), is 1) trusted our sales guy, Francisco and his assistant, Melissa. Francisco told us he never uses his timeshare at Vallarta Gardens and the money he receives from Allianz allows him to vacation in Italy. We believed; however, it should have dawned on us because he is a Mexican citizen, his contract is honored. 2) We did not do any internet research before buying. We weren't made aware that our contract was a one-sided contract; only we have to honor it - Allianz does not honor it. Well this story is not over. Will keep you posted. AMS Scam

I purchased a timeshare with Allianz Marketing Strategies Boutique Private Residence Club July 2022 and sold the 2 I already had. The contract guaranteed they would liquidate the timeshare within 12 months or less and pay me what the agreed value was. I waited 13 months before I started calling and emailing them. For the last 2 months I keep getting excuses from them and still have not been paid. It’s probably time to hire a lawyer and give them 20 to 30 percent in fees. Never work with Allianz Marketing Strategies they will rip you off.

I am writing to report fraudulent activity on Allianz Marketing Strategies and All Marketing Strategies. I have been in contact with these companies since February 2022, when I purchased a property through their affiliate, AMS Boutique Private Residence Club Marketing.

At the time of purchase, I was told that I would receive a wire transfer of $25,000 USD within 30 days. However, the wire transfer never arrived. I have been in contact with Allianz Marketing Strategies and All Marketing Strategies numerous times since then, and they have provided me with a number of excuses for the delay.
