Allison called and asked "can you hear me ok" I said yes. She then went on to tell me that my warranty I have is about to expire. I then hung up.

I don't have any warranty's that are going to expire. I didn't realize this was a scam till I read it on my Twp. FB page and North Ridgeville police posted also.

I received a phone call from the above phone number. Here is what occurred: I answered my cell phone and a female voice stated, "This is Allison from the warranty department. Can you hear me?" I did not respond and hung up the phone.

I received a call from 440-824-0008 on 2/15/17 and 2/16/17. The first time I answered and got a recording on the other end that said it was Allison calling from the Warranty Department, and asking me if I could hear her okay. I immediately hung up. Today, I did not even answer the call. I have heard of this scam going around. I will be contacting my phone provider to block this number from calling. In addition, my number has previously been entered on the no call list and I will be updating it again today.
