I am having the same situation as we spent $125.02 for 3 masks and replacement filters in april 2020. Still waiting for the product to arrive in Rosedale, New York to receive it. We have emailed them continuously and the result was it shipped on... and nothing arrived. Submitted a claim with paypal.

Allientimaskes is where I bought 3 face masks for myself and family.on may 9th I finally received a tracking number for the product I spent $131.46 on. I waited and watched as the USPS who I contacted first was waited for the product in Rosedale, New York. As of may 9th it still hasn't shown up and today's date is 5/20/2020. The shipping partner is united global development inc I saw reviews from others with the same exact story. Don't need all these scammers pillaging money from people.

Ordered 2 masks and have not received product but my credit card was charged. I have since disputed the transaction.

I ordered two masks for my family on 17 April 2020 for COVID-19. I paid with my credit card, but it immediately got processed as a PayPal payment. They charged the card on the 27th. I didn't get any confirmation for my order and have not heard anything. NO emails, no response to any emails to them. I have not received any masks. I saw their add on Facebook, and then I seen the identical add but with a different name. I will contact Paypal about getting a refund. I hear once, Paypal contacts them, a shipping label is made but there is no guarentee that the item ships. I need the mask for my husband and I to work with the public. This is sad that scammers would use this crisis to take advantage of people. I am out $65 with more stress of getting the money back and finding a new mask to purchase.

They have a site that looks like it is legit and it processes orders like any other site, but then site never responds to order updates. It doesn't send out your product. You get one email after 10 business days and your request for info that the order has been shipped and that the tracking number is coming. That number never is sent and your paid for items never arrive.

The email has what I am assuming is a fake name of Eric Bruce with [email protected] as the email address.

People should avoid placing any order with this place.

To whom it concerns,

I am wondering when I will be receiving the masks I ordered. I have a tracking number but it hasn’t updated since April 23, 2020. It says they are in Brooklyn, NY and USPS hasn’t received them yet. From Brooklyn to my house should be two days for delivery it is now May 1st. Please let me know what going on with the order.

Now it’s May 6, 2020 and it’s saying it’s still in Brooklyn, NY that was on April 23, 2020. It must be lost. I could have picked it up on the back of donkey faster than that. After digging a little deeper your company looks like it scamming people because of the whole virus outbreak. I was hoping the masks would show up but now I am doubting I will ever see them. See the other thing that isn’t right you are emailing me back with no company name or phone number. I have looked for contact info and all the email addresses are different. Probably so all you have to say it wasn’t me. I will turning this into the better business borough. Have a nice day!

Now they send me three different sites to check it and they all say the same thing.

I am working on getting my money back through the bank.

Do buy anything from this company.

Right now, I am tracking Allientimaskes, Allentimus, Shields Up USA, and Vivelacebeauty. There are plenty of similar complaints on their Facebook page.

I needed a mask to protect myself since the assisted living facility I work out had run out and is having a hard time obtaining more. I ordered a floral/skull print mask and a 10 pk of N95 PM 2.5 filter replacement from https://www.allientimaskes.com and promptly received an email stating that my order was confirmed. The date of this purchase was April 16th 2020. Today is May 1st and I have yet to receive my mask and in the email when I click on the email they sent as of writing this it still has not shipped. I checked the website and it stated it will take no longer than 15 days to be received. I did not want to wait that long as I could obtaion a mask from other sources so I requested a refund. It has now been 3 days since I emailed them. No other contact infor is available other than the email address listed above and one in my email that is [email protected]

Saw ad on Facebook for N95 face mask ordered through website using PayPal.

After reading reviews from other people staring it was a scam, once orders were placed they never sent items and refuse to cancel orders. Sent email and was told I cannot cancel order.
