I received a voicemail from this company and after I called them back they stated that a process server came to my address and served me court documents. The documents were about a Wells Fargo account that I never had from 2002. They gave me a case number, I went to Wells Fargo and spoke with a personal banker who called their collections department and assured me that this was in fact a scam. I also attempted to call allied litigations while at Wells Fargo and when I asked what the company name and address was the phone became quite and they hung up.

Received numerous phone calls threatening legal actions over a fake debt. They used 2 different phone numbers and fast talking refusing to listen to me or answer questions.

Allied Litigations called back in February stating I was being taken to court for a defaulted personal loan that I did not repay. I immediately paid half up front and set up a remaining payment plan. After this initial call I was suspicious as they would not give any information regarding the legal action, only the terms of the loan and such. Today, March 16 they began the calls again. They have called me, my sister, mother, step mother, and possibly others. In a phone call with them trying to figure out if this was real they stated who my references were when I got the loan and those people were not correct. None of the people that they have called should have had anything to do with it, they all just share the same last name. The rep was very slow to respond and rude. They have also called my place of employment stating that they were going to be coming here to locate me. The phone number that was left for me in a message was 844-827-4753 and is no longer in service although she just left it for me this morning.
