Scammer wanted to charge for cleaning and lifetime protection of my computer. The notice came on saying it was from microsoft shutting down computer if I did not acknowledge. I could not end or delete the message unless I answered. They wanted a check or a printout of a check for conformation of receiving their services. They scanned my computer saying 21 other people had access to my computer with 6 being from out of the country.
