Purchased a $58 concert ticket from Ticketmaster. On their site was insurance coverage for ticket through Allianz. Purchased insurance for 7.99. Could not attend concert, filed claim. Had verifiable reason. Allianz never paid. ALLIANZ keeps sending bogus emails about my claim forms being in my spam folder. Not. Their Customer service number is overseas. Rude person with heavy accent refused to assist me. They have a technical error message that appears when you file a claim. No one from Allianz contacts you. They send you canned emails hoping you will give up. I want my $58 plus $8 for insurance returned. Ticketmaster allows Allianz to defraud its customers.
