Received a letter from this company dated the same day of the actual Florida Department of Transportation officials letter stating my balance my previous balance and my total due by March 12th. Today is March 5th. Amount they're insisting is more then the FDOT, it doesn't make sense. When I called they were uninformed and that got hung up on and when I tried to call back they hung up on me 3 times until I called with a private number showing. It seems like this company researches data of outstanding payments and assumes control of the payment when I can very well go to SunPass walk-in and take care of it. If not a scam then a dumb rude employee. So shocking of course the company is from Washington. Need I say more. Apparently the White House made it okay to be unethical immoral corrupt and just plain old Liars
