This so-called Alliance Proceedings called about a “debt”, threatening to proceed with legal action if it was not paid in full. They had my personal information, including SSN. When I asked their contact information, the “agent” could not provide me with any verifiable information. She stated she could not give me their mailing address due to sensitivity issues. She also stated she could not provide an email address, nor could she provide any written documentation of this so called debt they were trying to collect.

Furthermore, they called a few relatives with the same harassing tone. They left a message for them as well.

I tried to locate this office on a web search and recovered no information. They are not only a scam, but what they are doing is illegal. I informed my lawyer and he immediately called their number telling them to never call me or my relatives as what they are doing is a scam and unlawful.

Their so called agents name I dealt with was “Sarah Milligan”

The only number they provided me was an 855 number. Do not allow this place to scam you or your relatives. They are despicable, preying on people during a pandemic. Don’t be fooled if you hear from them.
