They called me stating my mother in law was needing to call them about Retention search and there were legal documents that she needed to sign. They stated they can't find her, and when I told them they are giving an Alabama case number AL-250377 but calling from an Arkansas number yet leaving 1-833-963-1522 for her to contact them at, it raises a lot of red flags. They said they will get ahold of her some how to sign the documents, and that they could not discuss it with me. I told her that they are the ones that contacted me looking for her, and not the other way around. They got really rude when I told them if they were able to find her to get the documents signed, they would not be calling me. The Compliance officer stated her name was Jordan Andrews, but then later said her name was Courtney. She got rude with me my questions and answers frustrated her, and she hung up on me.

Guy called me saying I had account and I ended up calling the main person that the bill came from and found it was not legit then they called again left a voicemail saying they were serving papers on me for a bill that well don’t happen to b a bill they were real good the had some personal info just not all the way on there facts Alliance Pre legal department 855-750-0189

I was contacted by two different men claiming they were from Alliance Pre legal department out of Houston, TX. They said that they were trying to collect on a payday loan that I had taken out in June, 2016. I have NEVER taken out a payday loan. They then proceeded to tell me that legal action would be taken and a claim would be filed tomorrow. They had my social security number, birthdate, and my name! I checked my credit report and there is nothing on it about a pay day loan . They won't stop calling me from the number 844-327-6990
