I have paid every penny asked from Alliance Moving and Storage, I followed their initial agreement. I paid the $3,900 to you, then the $2,600 to the movers on delivery. Even though I felt they were wrong to force me to cooperate with a secondary contract with Seven Stars Moving, I complied and paid another $7,000 (which after 8-10 requests for a receipt or adjusted invoice I never received).

After 1.5 weeks, the manager called me yesterday and stated he would honor his own contract and cap the move as the stated amount $15,500 total. I now have paid $13,500 and am happy to pay the remaining $2,000 on delivery. Yet the driver and Manager continue to ask for $$ to be sent to them. Manager first insisted for $700.00 to be sent by Zelle to the foreman/driver. And then he called and asked for the $1,000 to be sent by Zelle. To date the movers have NOT showed up, called or texted.

This is ridiculous, and I am tired of this treatment as a customer.
