Alliance Litigation Association contacted me on my personal and my mother's phone (haven't lived there in over 20m yrs). They had all my information (address, ss#, phone, dob name). Alliance said there was litigation against me for 10,999.37 from a hospital in 2007. I never went to a hospital in 2007 and the name of the hospital they said was involved was the wrong name. I also lived over 100 miles from that hospital in 2007. When I called I initially spoke to Michael and when I started asking questions about the company Michael hung up on me. I called back and Amy reconnected me to Michael. I asked Michael to send me an email connecting how Alliance is involved with litigation from 13 years ago. He said that they do the paperwork fo the litigation. I asked for an email confirming that and nothing was sent. I called back and Amy said Michael is the only person that can help me no managers or other representatives could help me. It seems so scammy and they have all my info (which is easily researched on google). But wanted to warn people about this shady company
