All Gear Wood advertised hardware items on FaceBook. They took my order, and my money and delivered no product. I contacted them via email, and through their contact form on the website. There was no response.

On January 4. 2018 I placed an order with this company (AllGearWood), they e-mailed me a confirmation and order number stating that when the order would be shipped they would e-mail me. I never received any e-mail.

On January 12. 2018 I send them an e-mail inquiring about my order, no replay; on January 15. 2018 I send them another e-mail, again no replay.

On the Contact page of the website is no phone number, no address, just a blank page with the title "Contact"..

My bank account statement show that they charged the money for my order on January 8. 2018.

After I did some research I find out that the name of the owner of the company (AllGearWood) is SOFYANE ALLALA.

This company (AllGearWood) is based in Canada but also operate in the USA.

allgearwood is advertising on FaceBook. They had a good deal on a sander so I've ordered it, but I'm seeing no action on delivering my product. I'm not certain that they have scammed me, but I'm suspicious.
