Ordered dog biscuits for an aging dog. Ad states treats are good for aging arthritic pets having trouble getting around due to joint pain. I ordered a bag of treats,they were delivered as ordered several months later I noticed charges to my account monthly in the amount of 28.74. When I called to ask about this I was informed when you order it automatically signs you up for the club. That includes monthly emails of new products which I haven’t received even any emails and just the one time order of treats I ordered. I called asked to cancel and refund for 2 months of club membership I guess that I knew nothing about I was told that was not possible. When I asked to speak to supervisor I was told the answer would be the same thing and was hung up on
