The item I ordered on the website was not what I received. The bag as advertised has a vacuum seal to compress the garments in the book bag to conserve space. I received a book bag that completely lacks this feature. It was because of this feature that led me to make the purchase. It took over a month to arrive, which made me suspicious. I reached out to the company via email about returning the item and getting a refund. She replied that there policy is not to accommodate returns and refunds on items received in good condition. There is no return/refund policy on their website. https://www.alleydaneshop.com/
