The person impersonated my boss, and asked for my phone number in an email. Then they texted me and asked for a favor, to buy a few I tune gift cards and they'd reimburse me tomorrow. . I became suspicious when they wanted $300 worth of gift cards. I really thought it was her at first, texting me! I immediately blocked the person, and reported the number to the authorities! I am going to be more alert now and double check the contact's email address before replying back!
