This company texted me saying I am being served a summons to court if I did not pay a debt.They sent texts to my family as well. I unknowingly provided payment info. I was informed I would be getting an email response regarding details of my debt but I never did.I spoke with someone about what occurred and was informed that people. In general do not get summoned to court via text. I also checked my credit report and I have no valid debt as claimed by this company.
