I ordered a jedi robe on Feb 5, I have not recieved any email regarding shipping. I tried reaching out multiple times on multiple platforms but got 0 response. There is no way to ask for a refund from them until I recieve my product, however if I never recieve it than how can I return it and get my money back. I emailed them trying to cancel altogether but yet again, 0 response.
