This David Pearlman guy is on several Facebook groups in south Florida too. I own one of the local groups and I’ve been suspicious of this guy for months. He tries to give the impression that he’s a satisfied customer, but every time someone asks for a recommendation for anything, he always has a comment “definitely call all services. They are insured and gave free estimates”. I’ve probably seen that phrase 500 times, all by David Pearlman. I also once saw him solicit someone that was looking for work. David Pearlman has a substantial interest in all services. He’s may work for them, but I think he’s the owner and I cannot locate any information that would prove this to be a legitimate business.

On a FB Community page, I sought out recommendations for finishing my small basement. A Dave J. Pearlman recommended a company called All Services, stating they were fair priced and he experienced good service. All Services sent someone to provide an estimate, but the business card read "Top Shelf Remodeling" vs. All Services. I contacted All Services and they vouched for Top Shelf stating he was one of their guys. I hired the sub-contractor in June of 2020. I am now taking him to small claims court as he has not completed the job, left a huge mess and has most of the money from project. I now have to hire someone else to finish. I contacted All Services to see what they could do for me, provide assistance in getting in touch with Top Shelf, etc. etc. The woman I spoke with, Megan Merry, told me I should file a small claims case against him (which I had done), but I wanted to speak with someone at All Services to determine how they vetted their sub-contractors. I was told someone would call me back. After several messages, I went back to the initial recommender, Dave J. Pearlman, to ask about All Services. After one message, he suddenly "disappeared" from FB and no longer exists, I cannot reach him. I then investigated and found that Dave J. Pearlman recommends All Services throughout the country - which makes me believe he is working for All Services or is perhaps the owner. I phoned back All Services requesting a physical mailing address - there isn't one. I asked for the owner's name; tried to confirm their web site address they'd given me (allservices.com) and told them that it did not go anywhere. I tried getting a business license number, etc. etc. They told me my issue was not with All Services, but with the sub-contractor. I said I realized that, but wanted to send something to All Services as well They hung up on me. I tried calling back several times, it went directly to voicemail with gave the number 561-374-3905. It appears they blocked my number. There is no way for me to reach these people now. I have seen their recommendations on websites from other states (Texas, Georgia, etc.) with the same name doing the recommending. I do not know how they make their money other than perhaps Sub-Contractors paying them to be referred? I lost $3,000 to Top Shelf because of All Services and have a small claims case on November 16th -
