This company cold calls our retail coffee locations and gives the impression to the staff that they are our supplier of the paper rolls for our credit card machine. They tell the staff it's time to reorder. Although the staff is not authorized to purchase they believe it is ok to order. The company told the staff member the paper was $20 and then a box of paper arrived with an invoice for $183. It was brought to the attention of management at our business offices and calls were made to AllPhase and ignored. We paid the invoice to get them off the books, realizing that they were scammers after looking them up online. They have been scamming our company since 2019. They send invoices to our headquarters for payment for fake orders of paper. When I called them they denied ever receiving any payment. We have bank records to indicate they have been paid. Our accounting headquarters and cafe is not in the same location. This company takes advantage of companies structured like ours because they know the bills are not paid at the retail locations. Unknowingly, our company has sent this company over $700 for product that we never ordered or never received. They are now saying they are going to send us to collections. I was given an email address of customer service and the names of the owners. We will send our bank records showing cleared checks and have left messages for the owners. We are also contacting our attorney and have alerted our bank of this fraud.

I received a phone call where they claimed the product they were sending me (for free) was a replacement for faulty paper for a Urine Chemistry Analyzer. They targeted a hospital! She even referenced previous employees that she had dealt with before. They then sent a backdated invoice for an insane price and shipping/handling more than a week after they sent the paper.

Vanessa Of "All Phase Business Supplies, Inc" called this business (Longview Chiropractic) saying their Verifone paper had been recalled and they would be sending her free paper. When the shipment was received, there was a $256.92 invoice. She called the # on the invoice and the woman on the other end was "very rude and condescending" saying "she had accepted the shipment of paper and owed for it". Longview Chiropractic has an agreement with their machine vendor to receive free paper. "All Phase Business Supplies, Inc" identified themselves as the Verifone paper supplier. Though neither a business or personal credit card or other credit # was given, Vanessa told Lorie they would be charging Longview Chiropractic Center.
