This company sent our retail store a carton of credit card paper, then sent an invoice for $*** for the product. We receive our credit card paper for free from our bank and have never ordered credit card paper for our machines. We have been in business since 1994. The invoice sent states that they have a verbal confirmation by one of my store staff. This particular employee said that he did not authorize for them to send the product. However, even if he did, he has no authorization to do so. All Phase Business Supplies stated that they supplied our credit card paper and did we need them to send it.
