The name of the representative that faxed us the notice is not the same person who called on the phone: Lionel Huts is the name on the invoice.

They are threatening legal action in California and R9 report. I was told that last year they played back an audio recording of me authorizing the services. I asked to have the recording played back and was told they no longer have it, but that the FTC archives them and it would be played back in court.
I asked for a copy of the invoice to be sent via email, which I did receive. There is no physical address or mailing address listed for this company. I asked repeatedly for addresses to be given and they were not.
I asked for a copy of the advertisement that ran in the phonebook and was told they do not keep copies.
