I am currently looking for a new home, and saw on All over housing there was a 1 bedroom home for rent for $595.00/month, So I called to schedule an appointment. The man told me I needed to go online to their website and schedule a tour. In order to schedule a tour, you need to create an account. The account costed $30 (non refundable) to create. I really wanted to see this house so I did it. The next 2 hours were me calling the guy on and off trying to schedule this tour. I kept on having to fill out confusing pages and documents and would try and send them via email and they wouldn’t even sent (as if it wasn’t a real email) after hours of frustrating and $30 gone, o decided to type the address on google to find another websites help to view the property. I then found out that the only property with the same address is this 1 million dollar mansion. There is no 1 bedroom house with that address.

This "company" post ads on Craiglist and other rental sites claiming to have apartments for rent. First, they have no known address because they claim to be an internet-based company with no office yet have a fax number for their office. Business hours are from 10 am - 4 pm, yet have no notice of the time zone. Since it is an "internet-based company" with no known address you would only assume they would provide a time zone in which to call the 10 am - 4 pm office hours. I've made several attempts to call during regular business hours with no success. Why does no one pick up the phone? Second, their website has a generic design with no real information besides that of a vague description of the service they provide along with pictures of the rentals they claim to be under them. When in fact, some of the pictures belong to rentals that I have found on actual rental sites with contact information. Third, if you look at the top left corner of the search engine bar you will not find the padlock icon with the word Serure next to it. This is a clear indication that the website you are about to place your credit card number into has absolutely no preventative measures set in place to protect you from fraud. Forth, both numbers they provide are from different counties within California, 909 which is San Bernadino county and 951 which stems from Riverside County. Lastly, this company makes sure the potential subscriber to their rental listing site is fully aware that they have a "No refund policy". Their pricing begins at $** for the basic membership to a $*** for the 2 adult credit reports and 80-day membership. I tried to contact them through one of their listings on Craiglist asking them about their membership and if they were a fraudulent site, providing them with the proof I found and no reply was sent. However, I contacted them through the very same ad posted on Craigslist inquiring about the rental and received a reply within hours. If they were a legitimate company why would they not define their business and respond to my inquiry about their sketchy practice? Simply put, this site only operates for six hours a day, Monday thru Friday, does not have their company website on a secure server, will not answer phones during regular business hours, will not help you until you purchase a membership, places pictures of legitimate rentals on their site and has no other means of communication such as email or office address. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
