I placed an order on February 27th 2022. The website https://www.alliswellherbs.com/ notes that it takes 7+ business days for processing so I gave it some time due to the country recovering from Covid-19 and delayed shipping. I reached out on her IG page and all of the information is deleted from @alliswellherbs. I searched and later found another IG page that she created to avoid complaining customers https://instagram.com/korraiwh?utm_medium=copy_link. I’ve reached out to her via email, social media and she does not respond. If a comment is left on her page, she just filters them by deleting. I placed an order for $78.00 and this girl is scamming people out such a small amount of money compared to the amount she could make being an HONEST BUSINESS WOMAN. This is why so many people are reluctant to support black businesses because of scammers like her. PLEASE BE WISE AND DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HER.

I placed an order 12/31/2021 and never received my order. I waited a little while as I know company are working through delays. I reached out via Instagram and email back in February and got no response. After I told her I did not appreciate my money being taken and i haven't received my products she blocked me.

Woahhhhh. For weeks I have been trying to find her page. I first ordered from her back in 2019 after getting my first yeast infection. It was so expensive for one pearl and one steam I payed damn near $50. Then I started ordering from a trusted shop on Etsy who gave me the same results as her but for wayyy cheaper. Now, I’ve had a baby and been looking for her since I couldn’t find that one etsy shop. I was like where is she …? She was so popular when you typed in yoni her page would pop up. I was like did she go ghost or something reported or sum. I concluded that she must’ve been scamming. Eventually I ended up just buying some from somewhere else but was still curious as to where she was bc she was extremely nice and replied to messages. Boom i remembered 2realmacdatfee used to promote her which is how I found her and scrolled all the way down to 2019 and found her page to see 0 everything ! I knew she was scamming ! Smh. I just wanted to tell y’all tht lol

I placed an order on January 1, 2022. It’s now February 18, 2022 & my order is STILL in process. She’s a scam artist. I’ve sent SEVERAL emails concerning my order as well as DMs. Celebrities posting down her seem to get things & it seems like everything she posts is super old or could possibly belong to someone me one else. I will NEVER order from her again. If that’s how you do business, then you need to be in a different profession.

Korraiwh also known as All Is Well Herb is very much a scam! I’ll never attempt to shop with this business again. I placed my order after Thanksgiving and have yet to receive my order, January. The owner is unprofessional and insensitive.

Placed an order in September. It has yet to be delivered. I've reached out multiple times in her DM, by email, and left messages. The owner will not reply to emails nor will she reply to her messages on IG. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. These people need to stop fraudulent behaviors especially when you want to support small businesses.

I made an order through the website September 25, 2020. I did not receive my product. I found the company via social media - Instagram. I saw an celebrity name Erica Mena. So, of course I thought it was an legit business. I did order from them prior to the September order and received my product.

The owner Kendra did a video stating that she had an mishap that preventing the delivery of orders. She was transitioning to a warehouse and had several issues in the process. I was patient as she gave a reason of the delay of shipping. So, I was patient because she was communicating about what the delay of orders.

A month or two went by and I tried contacting the owner on her Instagram page and that is when I realized I was not going to receive my purchase which was $167.70. She removed the video that she posted about why it was an delay with the orders and prevented followers to leave any comments on her post. I then went to Facebook to find a page promoting her website and products. I contacted that page and someone responded back and once I stated what my issue was I did not hear back from that social media account. Other woman was leaving comments about being scammed and not receiving their orders. I then reached out to Paypal and filed an dispute. I eventually was refunded my money but I know a few woman that did not know how to about getting an refund lost out on the money they spent with Kendra. She has recently changed her Instagram profile to Korr AIWH. And other pages on both Instagram & Facebook are promoting the same website with different profile names. It is several different accounts helping this business scam several woman out of money. Maybe it is her all alone but several accounts is selling through her website www.ALLISWELLHERBS.com

The same exact thing happened to me. I ordered in September 2020 labor day weekend with the promotion that they were running on the website (I clicked on the Instagram post with Erica Mena promoting the product) I reached out via email a few weeks later as I checked the order status stating it was unfulfilled but my items were paid in full. (Via PayPal/charged to my credit card) I received a response back via email twice stating the same (they were transitioning to a different location) about a month went by...still nothing & I reached out again the end of September, October & lastly in December with no communication & DM'd the Instagram page also with no response. Needless to say, I never received my order & I filed a dispute with PayPal as well as my credit card. All is Well did not responded back to the dispute submitted by my creditor so thankfully I was refunded back my money from my creditor. I will never order from a site where there isn't even a contact number for customer service not listed again. I only took the chance because of the 5 star reviews that were posted & the credibility of the celebrity promoting the product. Never again.
