In Florida under Statutes Chapter 489 businesses in construction contracting must be qualified, licensed, and insured. The owner Ramon Enrique Juvert is a convicted felon and was arrested in Miami-Dade County in 2007 for contractor fraud and was charged with 3rd degree Grand Theft.
