Have received several calls from a male calling himself Mr. Chellis (unsure of spelling) stating that he works with All Care Service Mediation. The Caller ID is showing the call is originating from Lockport, NY. Mr. Chellis is leaving messages that he is calling about a formal complaint against my name and social security number and is currently authorized to schedule my appearance in my local jurisdiction. He called again today and left another voicemail that this was his second attempt to serve notice on (Insert case number) and that at this point he has been authorized to schedule my appearance through (insert county name) and if a judgement is rendered my property or wages could be subject to attachment.

I have no idea who this company or person is but from what I have googled and read on the internet, everything that I am reading is stating that this company is attempting to scam people by claiming they owe a debt that either doesn't exist or it's an outdated account. I am not reading anything good about this company or the people that work there. I have done my own research attempting to locate a physical address to attach an legitimacy to this company but to no avail. So far I have found 3-4 different address but none of the numbers match the number on my caller id.

I work inside law enforcement and have been a victim myself, of scammers over the past 4-5 years, at least.
