Dec 8th Phone call to Devin Kemp. I relayed to Mr. Kemp press releases were not completed for Oct 31 and Nov 21 shows. In this phone conversation he stated he personally would research and that he would allow remainder of Press Releases for Manhattan shows to be on a frame to larger audiences.
Remainder shows were not released onto PRWeb to larger audience for remainder of shows Dec 13 and 16th
Dec 8th 2pm in a phone conversation with Mr. Kemp, he read notes on me from Mr. Bailey stating Mr. Bailey was working on a REGIONAL shoot $75K total with currently two sponsors backing it covering 60K. However, in email, Mr. Bailey stated he was working on a National Show with 100% sponsorship.
December 13th in email from script writer, Danielle, was written in a press release draft, listing days and times of Manhattan shows. Versus informing me prior to air dates.
Shows being aired were not on site as described they would be. Show was 1 hr. When I checked out site where TV Show was on, it was scheduled for 30 minutes. I asked to receive footage of TV Show I paid for. There were several times I emailed or called inquiring about services I purchased. Weeks would go by with no response. I filed a complaint with the FTC in which they were no help. The only thing they did was send my links of articles concerning scams/fraud. I reported them to my bank and have sent my bank copies of emails, phone bills, etc to prove my point. It is still under investigation. This situation happened mid to late 2017. I have yet to receive footage of TV Show. No apology or compensation on their behalf was given due to not creating several Press Releases and the TV Show. Several emails from me with inquiries concerning services with no response.
No signatures in emails from Empire Radio Now except on the rare occasion.
Lacked transparency on contracts.
www.mnn.org has me listed in half hour time slots, not one hour as is stated in press releases, both on PRWeb.com and PRglobalNews.com
Discrepancies on www.mnn.org for shows wether it be spelling of my name, dates, and time slots.
This business has changed business names several times leading me to believe they end up going bankrupt only to come under the guise of another business name. Previous business names: All Business Media, All Business Media FM, Empire Radio, Empire Radio Now.
