I found this website intending to get a new Xbox Series X for my husband. Unfortunately, I did not think this decision through at the time, and I bought one online. After I purchased it, I got a fraud warning, which consistently happens with my bank account, so I thought nothing of it. I okayed the transaction, and then found out some things I should have known about before had. So I called the number on the website, asking to refund the transaction. He hung up on me. This continued until I reached out to my bank to make a dispute. This person has a false 100% money back guarantee and is extremely rude. He actually blocked my phone number after I called about a refund! I am now fighting my bank about this, and this 'company' does not have an address on the website, so trying to make a complaint on BBS is actually a taxing task. Also, after I 'canceled' the transaction, it never canceled, nor have i received a product.
