I was online searching electric bikes and found one, for an amazing price, that I knew my boyfriend would love. I went to the website (Alinmall) and was looking at the other items they claimed to offer, all at great prices, and also found a dual screen laptop that I loved. I read and re-read (5 or 6 times) the Description for both items, to make sure there wasn't a "catch" or small print detailing what was really being sold. I saw nothing that concerned me, so I ordered the bike and the laptop. I have a receipt that also clearly shows I ordered a bike and a laptop. I checked the status of my order several times over the next few days. After 4 days I sent an email asking when they were going to ship my items, because the website said items would be shipped within 24 hours. The response email said they would be shipped soon. I tried to check the website the next day, but it no longer existed, and still doesn't. I finally received a package from them, but the items are not what I ordered. I received a pair of bicycle gloves and a wireless computer mouse. There have been numerous emails back and forth. They say they won't give me a full refund, because supposedly the website said they will only refund 30%, and I have to pay return shipping. Very infuriating.
