I was contacted by a friend that saw me featured, along with personal information and photographs, on the Alignable website. I never joined the service, I never gave them permission to use my likeness and name. It even has an advertisement at the top of the page stating to "join [my name]..." as if I'm endorsing Alignable.

I received an email and it had the name of a firm my employer does contract with. The way it was worded sounded like they wanted to increase their business with us so I clicked OK. From that point on I have been flooded with dozens of emails with a "no reply" address. I've told the corporate office that I work for a government agency and would not be able to be a member. No response and the emails continue.
