Nothing but a scam!!

Ordered stuff in kate April/early May of 2020. Still haven't heard anything since. Emails sent by them are empty promises. Complete and utter brazen scam, and they have the audacity to send out email flyers like a legit company would.

I ordered rings and necklaces from the website, I ordered these items back in April. Initially, I was told there were delays due to COVID, I reached out again was told my item shipped but they forget to tell DHL to continue the order and to wait two more weeks, I was then told DHL lost the package. I asked for a refund in May and was told a variety of stories: their billing department forgot to process, due to a system glitch the refund funds were blocked in the system, and now being told they need to follow-up with their billing team. Mind you this has been ongoing since April 2020. You can find plenty of similar complaints here: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/alienated.co. They also had a ton of comments of their Instagram of people complaining about their orders never arriving but it looks like all the comments complaining are deleted daily. I also tried calling but it goes directly to voicemail.

That sounds exactly like my situation. I just put in a 3rd request for my order or a refund. In the last email sent I told them that I would be reporting them to the bbb if They didn’t make things right. We’ll see what happens.

I ordered a product from this company around 3 or 4 months ago. I paid for my order and patiently awaited my product. At that time, this company was operating under a different name of "Void Jewelry." Since this time, I have been in contact with their support staff. I have been trying to establish where my order is, as it has been several months past the stated delivery date. They stated their company was having a hard time with all of the COVID-19 issues, and were unable to send shipments out as quickly as they would like. After more back and for I asked for a refund, and they replied they would be willing to issue a refund in 2 weeks had the order not been fulfilled. After 2 weeks, I emailed them again to confirm my refund were in place. To my dismay, I found the previous website of Void Jewelry to no longer be working. I believed they had shut down, so I put their name into google. I found a facebook page with the same name, and the first post they had was one warning users of a scam likely company using their name. They informed their followers of the change of name from Void Jewelry to Alienated, but the products were the same. It appears as though they have continued their business on with no regard for my order. I have received no refund, and no product. I am left in the dust. I tried to email their new business with my previous order number, but I received no reply.
