This individual was offering a gorgeous apartment on Craigslist in a building that sells their condos for a starting rate of $675,000 and usually rents for around $2500 per month, maybe even more. She is offering it for $900 a month overlooking the San Diego Bay and including all utilities. She also wants a $900 security, so $1800 total to move in. She wants me to not see the apartment because she is supposedly lives in Mexico and after I pay the amount through Airbnb she will "send" me the keys in the mail. I still have this person thinking I'm stupid and interested, so if someone reads this relatively soon and would like to take over the deal or assist me with the communication maybe we can catch them or get more info on who they are.
