Sent an email confirming a purchase I didn't make. Said to call within 24-48 hours to cancel the purchase. I called the phone number, and they took my name and email that they already had. The man said he would connect me with someone from the refunds department to get my money back. I got a call from someone who said they were with the refund department a few minutes later. There he directed me to a website and tried to have me download something from the website. They said on the phone call the charge was for antivirus software that I apparently had a subscription to, but I assume they were trying to make me download a virus instead.
