We received a packing through our shipping and receiving or hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses and ear plugs. No one here has ordered them. They was no packing slip included in the package. The only information on it was on the shipping label. We called the phone number to try to resolve it and a lady from Western New York answered and said, "Let me guess you received hard hats, safety vest, safety glasses and ear plugs." She said you are not the first person to call me. She felt her number had been "hacked" said she had no idea where it came from. The package arrived yesterday and we are now waiting on an invoice.
